Our Wedding & Elopement package starts at $2000, which includes the venue, tables, chairs, and a point of contact who will be there to greet you. We host events during the week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and (some) Saturday evenings.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN

The Venue

Enjoy a four-hour on-site celebration surrounded by breathtaking blooms & say "I do" under the grain bin gazebo! More about our venue:

  • Accommodates weddings of up to 50 guests
  • 8 round tables in the Lavender Barn
  • On-site restrooms

We, of course, cannot guarantee blooms for your selected date but the farm is beautiful year-round.

SPRUCING UP YOUR DAY

The Florals

We can offer the following floral arrangements for your special day, completed with flowers direct from our land, at an additional cost. 

  • Your bridal bouquet: with seasonal flowers and lavender (if in season)
  • A single boutonniere: made with rosemary and lavender (if available)
  • Seasonal bouquets for sweetheart & guest tables
  • Floral gazebo decor

If in season, you can arrange a U-pick experience for your guests to enjoy while you take photos. Depending on the timing, lavender or sunflower U-pick may be available—please reach out to confirm if your date aligns with our season. You may also purchase extra florals when you book your event:

  • Bridesmaid bouquets ($45 per bridesmaid)
  • Groomsman boutonniere ($15 per groomsman)
  • Florals range from $500+ depending on seasonal availability and specific needs. This must be coordinated and paid for in advance.

WHAT'S ON THE MENU

Food & Drink

We are delighted to serve you and your guests cuisine and beverages that perfectly complement your special day, available at an additional cost. This includes:

  • A charcuterie table arrangement of artisanal cheeses, cured meats, olives, seasonal fruits, and crackers
  • Fresh lavender lemonade 
  • Priced at $18/pp

Please note that we are located in a dry county. Alcohol is not provided nor permitted on the property.

Our wedding package is based on a capacity of 50 people, including the bride, groom, & officiant.

Please note that the 50-person capacity includes babies and children. Please plan accordingly, as we cannot accommodate parties over 50 people. We do not offer reduced pricing.

We also have a photographer on-site! They will provide photos of the ceremony/bridal party, sent digitally with full printing rights at an additional cost if desired. This must be coordinated and paid for in advance.

TOURING THE VENUE

You can also schedule a time to walk through the venue with us by emailing us at bloom@woodstocklavender.com.

AVAILABLE DATES

We recommend booking your event in May-July or October for the best weather and proximity to our bloom season. Weddings and elopements are typically available Monday through Wednesday, with limited weekend availability in July and October—please contact us to confirm. Events cannot be scheduled on public open days or during private photography sessions, so reach out with any date inquiries and we’ll gladly check availability!

BEST SEASONS TO BOOK

  • May: The farm is green and vibrant. The lavender field hasn’t turned purple yet, but is wispy and stunning.
  • June: The lavender fields will start to develop color! The further along in the month, the more vibrant the blooms. U-Pick is scheduled during this time, and the lavender will begin to be cut.
  • July: The first week of this month, the blooms may still be in the field. Most lavender will have been cut and removed from the field. We will be leaving a section of plants for photos. 
  • In the event of rain: Our outdoor venue does not offer last-minute refunds for rain. If it rains, we recommend bringing clear umbrellas for the ceremony—your guests will still love you! 

We cannot guarantee blooms for a specific day. The information listed above is historically accurate, but refunds are not available due to lack or depth of blooms.

BOOKING, TIMING, AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Booking: 100% of payment is due upon booking to secure the date.
  • Cancellation: Our lavender season is very short, and time slots are few. That said, we are committed to offering a full refund of your event as long as there is a four week notice— once you have passed that mark, there will be no refunds.
